Padres Shadowbox

I had a TON of fun with this project! Not only do I love photos, but I love baseball… it was a blast to put together two of my favorite things in an adorable shadowbox for Sydney to cherish for years to come!

These photos are from a Padres game this Spring. Sydney was able to go on the field and annouce a player on the San Diego Padres at the beginning of third inning — how cool!! She even was given the game ball!

Check back tomorrow for a super cute photo of Sydney opening her surprise shadowbox gift!

How did you get the baseball to stay and not move around in the shadow box?

Hi Kiera, I think it was actually a tight squeeze for the ball to fit in the shadowbox and I dug out the backing a little bit, then used hot glue to secure it to the little hole I created. Maybe not the most glamorous approach, but it worked!
