Happy Wednesday! I’m finishing up a beautiful vacation in Hawaii and thought I’d pop in for a quick update! First off, I’m SO excited to be featured over at Basically Bare again today! Woo hoo! There’s a really fun recap of a lot of the Basically Bare projects that I’ve been working on lately!

Also, I thought I’d share this ADORABLE apron that my mama made me for Christmas. Isn’t this just the cutest? I love the fashionable, halter top apron with the fun, retro colors. I’m going to have to get in the baking mood and put this apron to good use! I thought I’d have some fun modeling the apron over the holidays at our Christmas dinner. Pssst – I’ll tell you a secret. I didn’t really make the pie. Grandma did!

Isn’t my grandpa so cute? His 80th birthday is Saturday! He’s looking good!

After mom made me such a cute apron, I decided that I’m going to need to learn to sew. Adding it to the to-do list!

Today I thought I’d share a few snapshots from a brag book that I put together over the holidays for my sweet friend Christina. This was a gift for her mom “Hooey” of her adorable son, Auggie. She had the most fun photos of her little family to play around with! Enjoy!

I finally have had the chance to play around with Basically Bare’s embellies! I put together this super cute 12×12 layout that I think I am going to frame for the kitchen! Check out these adorable little cupcakes. Using some glitter spray, Martha glitter, a little flocking, fabric pens and these fun little bongo ball ribbons, I “decorated” these cupcakes! The little 2×2 cupcake art is topped with American Craft’s Thickers spelling out “hey cupcake!” I’m so used to working with photos, so just the plain “raw” product was a little bit of a change for me… but I was up for such a fun challenge! Yum!

I have just a few of these little tiny chipboard albums left in my stash, so I thought I’d put together a fun little Mini Valentine’s Day album to make one lovey dovey couple happy this February 14th! I thought I’d take a quick minute today to share some photos from a brag book that I just recently finished up. This custom brag book was full of memories from Jeff & Sue’s 25th Anniversary Wedding Cruise. They took some amazing photos on this cruise and documented every day of their travels. Using a Basically Bare album, the album is full of photos documenting their adventure.

I’ve just got into the Instagram obsession. I can’t be as cool as the other Instagramers because I don’t actually have an iPhone, but I do have an iPad and it’s pretty much with me all the time.
